What were you doing before Precision Athletics?
I was conducting group fitness classes, personal training, and teaching P.E. at schools: all age groups including university.
Why did you decide to join the personal training team at Precision Athletics?
Because Precision Athletics focuses on quality fitness assessment and instruction to all their clients.
Why do you enjoy working with clients?
I enjoy helping people reach their goals and solving problems for them within the fitness context.
What inspires you in your work?
To always be the best version of myself and to inspire others to do the same.
Do you have a specialized area of focus in your training?
I always focus on doing exercises with correct form while engaging the right muscles to avoid injury and maximize performance.
What is your fitness passion?
My goal in life is to take my fitness journey further and to use my skills to educate and spread health & fitness ideology worldwide.
What are your interests and hobbies outside the gym?
I like to dance on my own time. I try to keep myself busy with travelling and see as much of the world as I can see. I also appreciate just relaxing, watching Netflix while having a glass of wine and taking life easy.
Favourite food?
Soup noodles… Soup noodles and also sometimes more soup noodles lol
Favourite cheat meal?
Vanilla ice cream and fries—with nothing crazy on it (just ketchup or gravy).
