Client KUDOS: Erin T.

Every quarter we feature a Precision client who has accomplished something great in his or her workout program. Whether it’s achieving a fitness goal (or two), overcoming obstacles like injuries and illness, or just pure progress and commitment, we love seeing our clients succeed! We also love sharing these stories and experiences in order to inspire other clients to keep up the hard work.

With so many people making fitness one of their New Year’s Resolutions for 2018, we thought it would be timely to feature a client who really exemplifies the fact that real physical fitness is always available, as long as you’re willing to put in the work.

Erin trained with David Sims before taking a little break from the gym to have her son. This fall Erin came back to Precision to take part in our Little Back Dress Challenge and her results were nothing short of inspiring! During the challenge Erin lost 32 lbs and dropped 20 inches.

David says, “Erin has been successful because she was able to make the changes to her diet and stay committed to them. Also knowing how much hard work it takes she was prepared mentally to work through the sore days”.

What made you choose Precision Athletics?

I initially chose Precision because I had worked out with David Sims at a different gym, and I wanted to continue working out with him. I took a break from Precision after I had my son. I put on weight and was uncomfortable. I was in the best shape of my life when I worked out with David previously, so when the LBD challenge came up I decided to sign up.

What were your initial fitness goals?

I wanted to lose weight and be consistent with my workouts.

Why do you like to work out with a personal trainer?

I love the small group classes and all of the personal trainers who run them. I find the competitive style of the workouts and the attention of the trainers motivating.

What motivates you?

My son is my main motivation. I want him to be healthy, happy, and physically active. I think it’s important to set a good example for our kids.

What are your current fitness goals?

My current fitness goals are to lose a few more pounds and keep improving my physical fitness. I feel like I’m almost back to my old self – thank you Precision!

Three cheers for Erin! Your commitment to personal fitness really paid off!
