If you’re frustrated with your ab workout (or lack thereof) and want to tighten up the waistline, check out this specialized small group training program starting up again at the end of October.
Small group sessions allow you to share the cost of coaching with others who are working towards the same goal. We aim for groups to be only 4-5 people, up to a maximum of 8.
1. Abs Coaching – We meet three times per week for a 30 min. session concentrated on training your abs from all angles. The smaller sized class means you’ll receive focussed feedback and direction on your ab workout efforts.
2. Fat Furnace Cardio Program – We’ll outline a program of 20-min cardio workouts for you to complete outside of the coaching sessions. These will crank up your metabolism and help you burn fat.
3. Fat Flush Nutrition Program – A whole-food eating plan will be provided to help reduce inflammation, decrease water retention, provide energy and burn fat.
4. Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching – Your coach will help you develop healthier lifestyle habits, including eating a better, more nutritional-based diet. You’ll receive feedback and encouragement to get on the right track – for the long term.
This program is a 12-week commitment starting Monday, Oct. 26th. Choose from session times in the morning or in the evening.
