A personal trainer since 2007, Kelly enjoys working with all levels of clients, from beginners to professional athletes. Six years into her career she was lured overseas to work in Punjab, India, as the Director of Fitness for a top tennis academy and then to Dubai, UAE, as a Holistic Exercise and Lifestyle Coach.
Kelly designs uniquely tailored programs using a scientific approach, with a focus on postural improvements, imbalances, corrective exercise and consistency in application. With a wide range of qualifications and certifications, from lifestyle coaching and program design to pre/post natal and female athlete training, Kelly has a vast knowledge base to offer clients.

Outside of working hours, Kelly’s interests include hiking, car camping, learning languages, eating lobster rolls and perfecting pull-ups (currently stuck at 8).
She completes various fitness industry continued education courses every year, in particular programs developed by her mentors, Dean Somerset and Tony Gentilcore, and works hard to stay current in an ever-evolving industry. She has her sights set on attending the action-packed Fitness Summit conference on an annual basis.
