The semi-private format means you’ll receive lots of personalized coaching and feedback from our passionate and experienced trainers.
You’ll receive three 45-minute Specialized Small Group Personal Training sessions per week that are focused on training your full body from top to bottom, this session features compound movements, strength endurance, Metabolic conditioning, HIIT and CORE as well as cardio conditioning. This is the perfect mix of exercises that will produce results with weights and body weight exercises sprinkled with Metabolic and cardio conditioning that will help lean you out!
