One of the toughest workouts in downtown Vancouver, our Crosstraining class will challenge your limits. Achieve strength and power through olympic lifting, powerlifting and compound movements such as squats, rows, presses and deadlifts. Improve your power, work capacity and endurance with metabolic conditioning circuits that include gymnastics, bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, sprinting and much more.

Like its cousin CrossFit™, this method delivers fitness that is designed to be broad, general and inclusive. Our vision with this class is to help every member achieve his or her health and fitness goals in a professional and respectful training environment.

If you have a regular workout routine or training program, we’ll help you break out of it. Programming focuses on optimizing physical fitness across ten key areas including cardiovascular endurance, strength, stamina, power and flexibility. The load and intensity is adjusted according to your ability.

All of our Crosstraining leaders are certified CrossFit™ coaches and experienced, certified personal trainers. They train competitively, so they live for what they’re teaching.

New to Crosstraining?

Crosstraining class is incredibly scalable, allowing for a range of levels to work together. Join us at any time. You can also boost your confidence with a private introduction to the movements and programming with one of our coaches. Book three 45-minute Crosstraining Foundation lessons at an introductory rate of $49/session.
