Craig has been working in the fitness industry since 1994. His passion for fitness, commitment to his clients and relentless energy are the driving forces behind his success.
Craig is a fitness education enthusiast: He has studied human functional anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics; and is usually always pursuing a new certification or taking a course. Craig loves keeping on top of fitness trends – if you want to know what’s hot and what’s not, just ask Craig (chances are he’s tried it too).
Craig has competed in many races, from half marathons to adventure racing (MOMAR). He finished two half IRONMAN(R) triathlons in preparation for IRONMAN Canada, which he completed in Penticton in August 2009. Craig has been active in competitive sports since he was a kid, and now focuses his free time playing soccer, beach volleyball, spinning, running and being an all-round sports junkie.
On weekends he can be found on the soccer pitch coaching pint-sized players or competing in Olympic Lifting masters events. In the summer, Craig loves to hike The Grind and the BCMC Trail back-to-back for a good old-fashioned test of endurance.
