Amber maintains an active lifestyle, primarily focused on endurance based training. In 2019, she was introduced to weight lifting after growing up participating in Karate, Gymnastics and Boxing as a child. Amber found a love of resistance training and the self empowerment she began to find through this. This sparked her interest in the health and fitness field, leading to completing her NASM certification and Bachelors of Health Sciences. Community health promotion is one of Amber’s greatest passions and she believes it begins with maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle which can minimize the risk of developing chronic diseases. She emphasizes utilizing a holistic and individualized approach with every client. Amber aims to tailor programs to meet each clients individual needs, helping them to improve their physical well-being and enhance their longevity. She strives to foster self empowerment with every client. Amber’s friendly demeanour, positive encouragement and supportive feedback are things to expect when training with her which helps to build trusting relationships with clients!
In Amber’s spare time, she enjoys being in nature. Either going on walks with her dog (Luna), hiking, swimming, or just watching the sunset, you can always find her outdoors. She also enjoys boxing, snowboarding and spending time with friends exploring new vegetarian/vegan friendly spots in the city!
