Thomas has been a personal trainer for 4 years and has been working out for 10. Being an athlete at both the provincial and national level, he has experience with elite athletic training. He has also trained newcomers and senior clients to realize their strength and become the healthiest version of themselves. With certification in corrective exercises, Thomas aims to bring his clients through tough and challenging workouts with proper form and muscle activation. This applies to beginners, with limited knowledge on how to workout, and to experienced gym rats who would like to fix weaknesses in their performance and enhance strengths.
Thomas is also a certified USA Olympic Weightlifting coach. He has experience teaching clients with zero experience to being able to confidently perform both the snatch and clean and jerk. Olympic weightlifting is a great way to challenge one’s power, strength, and cardio. It can also develop mobility and flexibility all within two movements!
